edjufy Mobile Release Notes
On this page you will find an overview of all versions of the edjufy Mobile App.
The app is available for iOS and Android and enables teachers, legal guardians and pupils to access the edjufy platform on the go.
Version 2.3.0

This update brings two new features for legal guardians and pupils to the edjufy Mobile App and fixes numerous bugs.
The timetable can now be displayed not only day by day, but also as a 3-day and as a week view. The week view is the new default. The new icon in the top right corner of the timetable opens the view settings, where you can choose the desired view and, if required, also show Saturdays and Sundays. Your selection is saved. Depending on the view, the arrows move by days or by whole weeks, school calendar entries are shown directly on the respective day, and individual timetable entries can be tapped for further details.
Also new is the disciplinary records module for legal guardians and pupils. If your school has enabled sharing, you can see the shared records clearly arranged in the app, filter them by type and period, and you are informed by a notification as soon as a new record has been shared with you. Tapping the notification opens the record directly. For disciplinary records, teachers now enter a documentation that can be shared, as well as an optional internal comment that remains visible to teachers only.
In the class register, we have fixed several bugs around the attendance check for teachers: attendances are loaded again and can be recorded directly from the class register entry, late arrivals are detected correctly, and when adding a new attendance only pupils who still lack an entry are offered. Disciplinary records within the class register also work reliably again.
In addition, we have fixed bugs that prevented some content from loading in the previous version, including the grade view for legal guardians and pupils, class register entries and calendar entries in the timetable, and the hints about school calendar entries when creating excuses, leave requests and sports excuses. On Android devices, the keyboard no longer covers input fields, and in dark mode lists are now displayed consistently in the dark design. The update is rounded off by further minor improvements under the hood.

This update brings several new features to the edjufy Mobile App.
Teachers can now use reusable text presets: frequently used comments can be created once and then inserted with a single tap into the comment fields of excuses, leave requests and sports excuses. This saves time on recurring responses.
In the class register, teachers can now add pupil-specific entries for lesson notes and homework. Legal guardians and pupils see these individual notes directly in the corresponding timetable entry.
Also new is the Download Center: teachers can request their exports, such as the responses to a parent letter, directly in the app and then retrieve them together in one central place. As soon as an export is ready, you are informed by a notification.
In Grade Management, the app now additionally supports percentage and Swiss grades and displays decimal grades in the familiar format.
In addition, we have updated the app's technical foundation and made numerous bug fixes and further under-the-hood improvements.

With Version 2.0, the edjufy Mobile App reaches an important milestone: for the first time, all edjufy features are now also available to teachers in the app. From the digital class register and the management of absences and excuses to parent letters – the entire school day can now conveniently be organised on the go.
In addition, the app comes with a completely redesigned look and feel. New color schemes, including a dark mode, let you adapt the appearance of the app to your personal preferences and to the time of day.
We have also stepped things up when it comes to security: the app can now additionally be protected with a passcode, Face ID or Touch ID – for even greater safety of your sensitive school and personal data.
